Life: Implications of Actions

Life Has Rewards and Consequences

When I think about life, I think about how vast it is, how there are so many moving parts. It's much more than what meets the eye, though the mundane in everyday life can suggest otherwise.

I think of the many perspectives people have on life and how it should be lived. I think about the limits and capacities mankind have as well as the endless possibilities.

I think about the highs the lows, and of course, the connectivity of it all.

The main point though, is that life has a source and it has a rhyme and reason, whether we are able to identify it or not. Life was gifted by the one true living God, and its flow is governed by the rules He has set in His infallible Word.

Life is NOT what it seems

In other words, though there are seemingly so many avenues, just like the earth rotates on an axis and the axis is its constant, the constant we experience is the law of God. It manifests itself physically as give and take, the push and pull, the "life be lifein" rule of thumb people go by these days. Yet, make no mistake that what we see, though it's hard for many to see or believe, is only a glimpse of what life is.

Romans 7:14, states that the law is spiritual. The spiritual realm is the parent realm to the physical one we reside in.

What's the point of pointing it out and perseverating on it?

Well, contrary to the nonchalant passive sayings like "it's just life" or "that's all we can do" that are so foolishly popular, there is a cause and effect to everything. Nothing happens by chance, whether we are aware of it or not. Whether we are privy to it and choose to live in denial or not, that doesn't change the fact that THERE IS A REASON for everything.

The Enemy is Assigned to Overtake Your Life

Let me be very clear, and I pray this frees someone!

I don't know who lied to you and for how long, but just because you are saved (accepted Jesus Christ as your savior) doesn't mean you are immune to the curses/cycles that run in your family/bloodline.

This is so important because when we fail to identify patterns in our lives and life in general, we miss what is actually transpiring. We get distracted by the intentional agendas set up in society, and we ultimately fall victim to the enemy's ploy. In case you didn't know, according to John 10:10, the enemy comes but only to kill, steal, and destroy. His greatest trick is deception, and he has no new tricks, but if he can keep you out of the source, light, lamp of life (the word of God) by sending controversial conversations and comments about it to easily sway you, then he's won, and his job is effortless. The enemy is a spirit; he has agents mascarade in the form of familiar spirits, and loved ones, and their only goal is to keep you stuck, keep you confused, keep you stagnant, keep you blaming any and everything else, and pointing you everywhere else but the root of the issue.

The Rule of Thumb in Life

The root of any issue in life is always spiritual! That doesn't mean that everything needs to be over-spiritualized, but it does mean that once you have a clear understanding and revelation on how it all works together, then you will take accountability, respectively.

This is why the word says in Ephesians 6:11-12 that we have to put on the full armor of God and "we do not wrestle with flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

This passage clearly indicates that we still have things to contend for here in the flesh. This is new testament, what does that mean? Jesus came and sacrificed on the cross already, and this is still being preached? What does that say? The work is not done yet only starts after giving your life to Christ. The goal is not only to continuously renew your mind, but let others see it that it may bring them to Christ as well!

We still have a battle to show up to. Do not debate the word, just embody it and speak truths to lies no matter who is uncomfortable. Remember, no matter if it's a loved one or not, it's always alter vs. alter. The holy vs. unholy.

Does this mean one person is inferior to the other? No, but it does mean that one is speaking from a place of truth and the other from error.

Be a listener and an observer.

Be a student of life, no matter your age, because that's the only way you grow in understanding. Understanding is the core of really seeing and hearing what is and is NOT of GOD.

Myth: When you give your life to Jesus Christ you are immune from curses and the law in the Bible doesn't pertain to me.

Truth: there are spiritual implications to every action we take, every covenant we make, every promise we seal.
